Return & Refund Policy

1. For Customers in Jhansi City

At Kamyagold, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. For customers receiving deliveries within Jhansi City, the following return and refund policies apply:

• Return & Refund at the Time of Delivery:
  Customers are entitled to return the product and request a refund at the time of delivery if:

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The product is unsealed at the time of delivery.

  We strongly advise customers to inspect the product during delivery and not to accept any unsealed product. Once accepted, we will not process returns or refunds for unsealed items after delivery.

2. For Customers Outside Jhansi City

For customers outside Jhansi City, Kamyagold ensures returns and refunds based on the following conditions:

• Expired or Close to Expiry Products:
  Products will be eligible for return and refund if:

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • The product's expiry date is within 5 months of the return request.

  Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection, and a refund will be processed once the return is confirmed.

3. For Vendors and Distributors (PAN India and International)

For vendors and distributors, both within India and internationally, Kamyagold offers custom return and refund policies based on mutual agreements made at the time of the deal.

• Negotiated Terms:
  All returns and refunds will be governed by the specific terms and conditions agreed upon during negotiations and outlined in the respective agreements between Kamyagold and the vendor/distributor.

• International & National Deals:
  For international or large national contracts, return and refund policies will consider factors like shipment logistics, product handling, and market regulations, and will be tailored to meet both parties' interests.
