Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kamya Gold, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and purest products. To ensure this, we follow a carefully crafted delivery process to meet the needs of both our local customers in Jhansi and our bulk vendors and distributors.

1. Local Delivery in Jhansi

• Delivery Timeframe: We offer local delivery within Jhansi through our dedicated delivery team. Your order will be delivered within 24 hours, depending on product availability, as all our products are manufactured fresh to serve you better.

• Order Processing: Since we manufacture our products fresh, delivery times may vary based on stock availability. If there are any delays, we will notify you in advance.

• Free Delivery: For orders of 10 liters or more, delivery within Jhansi is free of charge.

• Delivery Charges for Smaller Orders: For orders below 10 liters, a delivery fee of ₹50 will be added to your bill.

2. Service Availability Outside Jhansi

• Currently, we do not provide delivery outside of Jhansi city. However, we are working on expanding our services, and once available, the expected delivery time will be a minimum of 7 days.

3. Bulk Vendors and Distributors

• Delivery Timelines: For bulk orders and distributors, delivery timelines will be arranged and agreed upon based on the size and specifics of the order. All details will be discussed and finalized at the time of the agreement.
